Preparing for the LAST, ATS-W and CST exams may seem like an almost insurmountable task given the numerous objectives included in the multiple choice section.

While the essay portion of the exam may also be a source of concern for test-takers, the good news is that many things about the essay are predictable and can be prepared for thoroughly.

Unfortunately many test preparation books do students a disservice by offering sample essays that are different in terms of scope and format from that which is presented on the test.

NYSTCE tutors has modeled sample assignments on those actually presented on the test.
